Do you provide a metre square rate ?
As a custom home builder, we don't offer a square meter rate because each project we undertake is unique. We specialise in one off homes tailored to our clients' specific needs and preferences. While we don't provide a metre square rate, we do have a system in place to help align your design aspirations with your budget during the initial stages of the project.
Do you provide fixed price contracts ?
YES ! we offer fixed price contracts because we believe in clarity and reliability. How do we ensure this? Through our comprehensive PAC process. We take the time to thoroughly understand and scope out your project, ensuring that you receive an accurate price upfront. With no surprises along the way,
Are we "Design Build" ?
While we are not a "design build company", our PAC process ensures that all the advantages of a design build are still realised . If you do not have a designer in mind we have a network of great designers and architects we work with closely , and know deliver great results.
I already have plans will you provide a quote ?
We believe the design-bid-build model is outdated. However if you already have plans that's ok, we will still offer our PAC process which includes a proposal.
Is the "PAC Process" a pay for quote ?
No , our PAC process is not a paid quote. It's a consultancy service structured in a way to make sure your project is a success. Along the way we will review your design with the designer and yourself in detail, provide input on construction feasibility, constraints, time, budget, materials and labour.
